With heartfelt condolences and the task of carrying the torch to continue the legacy of Dr. Jeremy Rosenberg, we are excited to welcome Dr. Sarah Q. Iqbal to Peachtree Dunwoody Dental Group!
Dr. Iqbal was born in Baltimore, Maryland and raised in Augusta, Georgia. She attended the University of Georgia, and in 2009, she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and graduated Cum Laude. During her four years there, she was a member of Bulldawg Da Raaj, UGA’s internationally competing Bhangra dance team. Between her studies and dance competitions, Dr. Iqbal frequently enjoyed attending football games—GO DAWGS! After completing her undergraduate degree, she moved back home to Augusta and attended GRU (formerly known as Medical College of Georgia) College of Dental Medicine. While in dental school, Dr. Iqbal was the Fundraising Coordinator for Give a Smile Foundation for three years, and raised tens of thousands of dollars for patients in need. Due to her commitment and dedication towards the organization, Dr. Iqbal was initiated into Alpha Upsilon Phi in 2015. AUPhi is an honorary campus society that promotes and acknowledges service and leadership activities carried out through various clubs and organizations on and off campus.
After completing dental school, Dr. Iqbal moved to Atlanta, Georgia and has been happily practicing dentistry. When not seeing patients, Dr. Iqbal enjoys her time with her handsome husband and beautiful kids. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, dancing and spending quality time with her family and friends.
