Dr. James Griffith

About Dr. James Griffith

Dr. James Griffith is originally from Jackson, MS and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mississippi. He attended dental school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).

After graduation from dental school in 1996, Dr. Griffith moved to metro Atlanta and opened an office in Lawrenceville, Georgia, where he practiced for 29 years.  During those years he forged relationships with patients, whose children he watched grow up, and then whose grandchildren became patients.

He is excited to work with Peachtree Dunwoody Dental Group and start a new chapter.  As a dentist, education and strong relationships are important to him and are what made him so highly appreciated by his patients.

Outside of the practice, college football is his passion and you will find him at all home games in Oxford, MS, sweating with the Rebels.  Additionally, he’s a whiz at world geography and history so have fun and see if you can stump him.
